Overview of the Position:
Hold ontoyour spatulas because we are searching for a passionate Concession Manager to head up our team at Stack and Still in Bonnie & Wild Food Market. This is your chance to shine if youre an experienced hospitality professional with a love for pancakes and a knack for leadership!
Primary Accountabilities:
- Lead motivate and energise our outstanding staff to consistently provide pancake perfection and first-rate service.
- Dive right in and ensure everything goes smoothly at our pancake paradise from flipping pancakes to handling stock. We want you to be the one to accomplish this!
- Come up with innovative upselling and promotion ideas to get customers to pile their plates higher than they have in the past.
- Promote food safety regulations also ensuring our pancake creations are nothing short of amazing.
- Take charge of our staffing plans and performance monitoring to make sure everything runs well even on the busiest rushes.
- Solidify your relationships with suppliers and all the amazing people who contribute to the concessionssuccess. After all teamwork makes the pancake dream work!
