- Responsible for receiving and registering visiting clients (including answering phone calls).
- Handle the daily receipt and delivery of letters and couriers and maintain corresponding registration records.
- Manage the procurement of daily office supplies as well as liaise with and manage relevant suppliers.
- Assist in the cleaning and maintenance of the office environment.
- Handle daily administrative expense payments (including courier fees rent etc.) and ensure invoices are recorded in a timely manner.
- Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

- Chinese fluent required
- College degree or above with at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Possesses excellent communication skills and affability capable of handling various interpersonal relationships appropriately.
- Proficient in using Office software such as Word Excel etc.
- Serious and responsible work attitude meticulous patient and with strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Have basic English reading and writing skills.
