As the Senior Agile Business Analyst you will drive the business strategy of assigned squads and translate them into product initiatives. You will analyse customer business strategies and plans processes and practices as well as industry trends to make recommendations in quantifiable terms; to produce benefits such as reduction in unit cost of operation enhanced productivity positive decision-making and improving the customer experience.
In this role you will propose the CVP (Commercial Value Proposition) and business rules to ensure it is technically feasible for delivery factoring cost to deliver and its viability. You will ensure that we focus on building the right features at the right time whilst also ensuring the acceptance criteria is adequately defined for overall quality of the solution to be delivered to the customer.
To be successful in this role you will be passionate about customer innovation and have a solid grasp of analytics. You will be experienced in identifying and defining improvements to features customer and user journey mapping gathering information to make decisions ensure quality assurance / test solutions and effectively communicate in detail - how features and processes work to ensure successful implementation.
