Could you be the full-time Digital Project Specialist in Bangalore were looking for
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your digital transformation and project management expertise in a cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
Youll play a pivotal role in driving digital initiatives that align with our strategic goals and enterprise architecture. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (e.g. IST Delivery Teams Business Requesters Process Owners) lead the planning and execution of digital project strategies and ensure seamless delivery of impactful solutions.
Youll specifically take care of assessing and prioritizing digital demands but also lead IT integration and transformation projects.
Well look to you for:
Acting as a key contributor in demand management and solution design
Collaborating with stakeholders to define functional requirements and guide solution development
Supporting the development of business cases and ROI assessments
Ensuring solutions align with enterprise architecture guidelines
Leading digital project delivery strategies across all project phases
Monitoring project performance using dashboards and reporting tools
Championing continuous improvement in digital delivery practices

Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field
35 years of project management experience in IT consulting or digital transformation
Good understanding of digital platforms such as Automation Analytics DevOps or AI
Experience in business analysis and stakeholder engagement
Familiarity with architecture principles and IT governance
Knowledge of Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving
