Assurance Senior Digital Content Producer
Location: Wrocaw - 2 days office / 3 days remote

The opportunity
This position is responsible for publishing content across internal and external knowledge sites and platforms fostering the successful application of knowledge used by client-serving professionals. The position requires a full understanding of the policies procedures processes technology and related systems that comprise the firms content management infrastructure.
The primary objective for this role is to ensure that optimized content is delivered to practitioners at the point of need and via the firms enterprise content management systems according to key content publishing standards.
This position manages the publication of content across two key Assurance platforms. It involves transforming technical content thought leadership and other relevant materials into searchable hyperlinked and navigable pages within the firms designated publishing systems.
Your key responsibilities
- Edits and/or publishes content for various internal and external firm communities
- Supports development of digital documentation for knowledge content creation repurposing publishing and/or review as deemed necessary by the community
- Uses technical ability manages content updates received from a subject matter resource or a team lead and with minimal instruction makes the necessary corresponding changes (e.g. edits additions deletions) throughout our content management systems
- Communicates status effectively with team leaders keeping them apprised of project status
- Identifies problems investigates potential solutions and seeks guidance when necessary
- Reviews and edits digital content for consistency and accuracy
- Applies metadata tagging and cross-promotes content to related site sections homepage areas webcasts internal web pages mobile sites and electronic newsletters
To qualify for the role you must have
- Bachelors degree or equivalent job experience
- 4 years of relevant work experience
- Proven experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS) and ability to efficiently use custom web-publishing and formatting tools
- Familiarity with work management platforms such as Adobe Workfront
- Experience with production technologies such as XML HTML and CSS is required (while XML is primarily used in this role familiarity with the other technologies is desirable)
- Ability to perform with a high degree of accuracy and manage projects with minimal supervision
- Strong ability to manage workload and workflow independently
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (e.g. Word Excel PowerPoint) as well as a solid comfort level with technology
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
