JOB DESCRIPTION
- We are looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to support our HR team. This role will allow the Intern to explore the strategic human resources practices within a dynamic organization. You will gain deep insights into how HR functions can influence and enhance employee experiences and contribute to organizational success.
TASKS
- Provide administrative support and assist the Recruitment Team in daily operations.
- Assist with the recruitment process including job postings first interviews and follow up the hiring process.
- Support the onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain and update HR documentation ensuring accuracy and compliance.
MUST HAVE skills
- You have a degree or master in Labor Relations Human Resources Psychology or ADE
- Previous internship experience is a plus
- You speak fluent in Spanish and English
- You have a good command of Excel
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Agile learning proactive and problem solving
- Passionate pragmatic and collaborative
