Job Description
- Ensure data preparation and migration to S/4 target systems based on global S4 rollout roadmap;
- Using Analytics Automation and Workflow Tools (e.g. PowerBI Knime Alteryx) to increase efficiency and quality of daily work;
- Coordination with internal Partner and Stakeholders (Master Data Owner Project Leads Managers);
- Fulfilling the requirements of business partners and stakeholders in terms of time scope and quality;
- Supporting Master Data Owner and S/4 project managers as specialist for migration projects;
- Continuous monitoring and evaluation of project status and progress;
- Harmonizing and structuring different approaches for Customer Master Data migrations;
- Creating and updating of procedures or instructions when necessary;
- Performing any other tasks related to area of responsibility as requested by direct superior.
- Reads understands and applies the procedures from area of responsibility and other interdepartmental procedures applicable within the company;
- Fulfills any other tasks related to area of responsibility as requested by direct superior.
Qualifications :
- University Degree in (Business) Informatics Business Administration or similar areas;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Master Data Management (preferred: Customer Master Data);
- Advanced knowledge in SAP R3 and/or S4/HANA (transactions data model business processes);
- Ability to use BI and automation tools;
- Analytical skills and logical thinking;
- Strong awareness of quality reliability and responsibility;
- Driven by achieving targets and goals;
- Working under pressure;
- Problem solving attitude;
- Adaptability and flexibility;
- Language: English;
- Customer focus;
- Team Player.
