Job Description
- Responsible for facilities and maintenance items general repairs and troubleshooting.
- Responsible for Waste Water Treatment system and its facilities.
- Conduct general maintenance and repair on all areas of the facility; including but not limited to: flooring wall patch painting plumbing lighting ceiling tile door window clean up as directed etc.
- Conduct general maintenance and routine monitoring of the Waste Water Treatment System.
- Monitors contractors performance; works closely with external vendors and contractors to ensure work is completed according to specifications.
- May act as the project coordinator for all size projects including large scale repair and new facility construction projects.
- Monitors and replaces light bulbs in all assigned facilities as needed.
- Makes minor plumbing repairs as necessary.
- Performs basic electrical work and determines when an electrician is required.
- Dismantles and installs furniture.
- Transports goods or equipment as assigned.
- On-site escort of contractors and vendors.
- Performs other maintenance duties as assigned by the Branch Manager.
- Work on projects as assigned by the management
Qualifications :
- SKM (Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia) / Certificate / Diploma in Electrical & Electronics or equivalent.
- Qualified chargeman for maintenance and installation. The chargeman shall be registered with Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
- Work experience related to project management vendor management facilities and/or maintenance.
- Must have basic understanding of facilities maintenance knowledges & skills.
