Job Description
The Assembly Operator performs assigned product assembly testing and rework operations in the manufacture of X-Ray equipment.
- Perform assembly test and rework of sub-assemblies and final assembly of units by following written work instructions blue prints and schematics
- Follow process policies and procedures and accurately complete manufacturing and test documentation as required
- Support and participate in lean manufacturing initiatives such as Kaizen events Cycle Counting 5S etc
- Comply with company health safety and environmental policies
- Comply with all applicable corporate and regulatory export control and security regulations.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage but not mandatory.
Forklift experience is an added advantage.
Ability to work in a team and meet production deadlines.
Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
