Were looking for a driven and customer-focused Territory Manager to help us grow our presence and performance across a key territory.

As a Territory Manager youll be at the frontline of our growth strategy creating new business opportunities while nurturing and expanding existing client relationships. Youll collaborate with a talented and supportive team to deliver customised value-driven packaging solutions.

In this role you will:

  • Hunt for new business: Identify and prioritise leads based on strategic fit and commercial value.
  • Deliver winning proposals: Work closely with Sales Support to craft compelling tailored solutions.
  • Own the customer experience: Stay connected with your client base through regular visits and meaningful conversations that uncover opportunities and drive results.
  • Bring insights to life: Leverage your understanding of customer needs to offer innovation technical support and value engineering ideas that boost customer success and ours.
  • Be the problem solver: Respond quickly and effectively to queries escalating to Customer Service when needed to ensure issues are resolved with urgency and care.

Were looking for a proactive energetic individual with a passion for building strong business relationships. Someone who thrives on challenges and enjoys taking ownership of their territory.

Ideally you will have:

  • Proven sales experience preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • A Bachelors degree in Business Commerce or Economics (or equivalent experience).
  • Demonstrated experience in cold calling pipeline development and deal conversion.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders at every level from the warehouse to the boardroom.
  • Knowledge of the fibre packaging or distribution industry in Australia or globally (a plus not a must).
  • A curious mindset and a commitment to continuous learning and development.
