The role
In this role youll lead a small agile team to keep the departments network infrastructure running smoothly across NSW. Youll be the go-to person for coordinating support managing change and solving problemswhether its responding to incidents improving systems or working with vendors to deliver smart secure solutions. Your work ensures that the digital backbone of the department stays strong and responsive. You will be supporting the network manager and cohesively working with the larger network team and stakeholders outside of the network team.
Youll juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment balancing day-to-day support with long-term improvements. With a focus on collaboration clear communication and technical know-how youll help shape how network services are deliveredmaking a real impact on how teams connect work and serve the community.
