You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe EMEA Product Manager for Rice & Specialty Crop Herbicides you will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing plans across diverse markets including Africa. This role is central to driving growth market share and profitability through targeted positioning go-to-market excellence and lifecycle management. Youll work closely with local marketing and commercial teams to ensure alignment with regional goals and market-specific dynamics.
Strategic Marketing & Positioning
Define product strategies value propositions positioning and pricing for herbicides in rice and specialty crops
Identify growth opportunities through analysis of competitive landscape agronomic trends and regulatory developments
Launch Excellence & Portfolio Management
Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches across EMEA and Africa
Optimize product lifecycle performance within targeted segments
Cross-functional Collaboration
Align commercial and technical priorities with R&D regulatory and supply chain functions
Serve as the regional subject-matter expert for rice and specialty crop herbicides
Commercial Execution & Growth Enablement
Drive profitability and volume through differentiated product strategies
Uncover unmet market needs and design marketing initiatives to address them
Marketing Asset Development
Develop and localize marketing tools tailored to regional market needs
Support country teams with sales enablement materials and campaign content
Bachelors degree (or higher) in Agronomy Marketing Agribusiness or a related field
Minimum 5 years experience in crop protection or seed marketing
Strong agronomic knowledge of rice and specialty crops in both European and African contexts
Experience in cross-functional project leadership within a matrix organization
Fluent in English; additional language skills (e.g. French German Spanish or Italian) are a plus
Strategic thinker with excellent communication analytical and stakeholder management skills
Willingness and ability to travel up to 2030% across EMEA and Africa
