Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
-
Define and communicate DW product strategy and roadmap aligned to business goals
-
Gather and translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
-
Lead Agile ceremonies and manage sprint planning reviews and retrospectives
-
Oversee design and development of data pipelines ETL processes and data models
-
Coordinate testing release and deployment activities to ensure smooth delivery
-
Maintain comprehensive documentation and provide training/support to users
-
Drive continuous improvements and stay updated with emerging DW technologies
Required Skills:
-
Proven Product Owner or Business Analyst experience in Data Warehousing/BI
-
Strong knowledge of DW technologies such as Snowflake ETL tools
-
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban) and tools (JIRA Confluence)
-
Excellent communication skills to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
-
Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
Preferred:
-
Experience with cloud DW platforms (AWS Azure GCP) and financial or insurance domains
-
Agile or Scrum Product Owner certification
Experience: 7-12 years
