We are seeking a Packaging Analyst to join our team at our Westport site.
1) People
- Maintain strong relationships with management and colleagues in the Unit Dose Department and the quality function and customers. Articulate the necessary operations requirements in a clear concise and persuasive manner.
2) Strategic
- Work with the Manager and Supporting functions on the delivery of the company quality plan and global requirements for the site
- Represent the department in audit inspections as required.
3) Management
- Support process changes/ validation projects where operations services are required.
4) Administration/Meetings
- Actively partake in Tier meeting and Roll outs with comments and suggestions.
Responsibilities:
- Administer Compliance Wire for the department
- Assist Abbvie in achieving environmental health and safety goals by working safely and observing all general plant and department safety policies.
- Run eAchieve reports and provide daily updates for the department.
- Liaise with vendors for services and repairs in the area; follow through until completion (.
- Ensuring supplies of consumable materials are sufficient.
- Generate required departmental reports.
- Open/ close safety permits for contractors coming in the department for work
- Perform all assigned duties according to departmental SOPs and cGMPs.
- Process and follow through on purchase orders (PO) for the department all UD.
- Complete and remain current with all required cGMP and safety training.
- Support Management to ensure high standards of housekeeping are maintained.
- Support Management for audit preperations..
- Submit DCCs for documentation updates.
- Process back up hours as required.
Qualifications :
- Relationship Building: establishing excellent working relationships with all functions within the business
- Communication: excellent communication and presentations skills both written and oral. Articulate the quality requirements in a clear concise and persuasive manner.
- Planning & Organising: excellent analytical skills. Ability to plan and schedule. Proficient in Microsoft office applications
- Decision Making: identify and understand issues problems and opportunities whilst providing a viable solution.
- Adaptability: Able to work in a fast dynamic environment whilst being able to adjust readily to meet unexpected constraints.
