HR Content Owner

Epsom/Hybrid People Permanent Full Time

Competitive salary depending on experience

37.5 hours per week

As part of our Performance & Improvement Team within People Services the HR Content Owner plays a pivotal role in shaping how HR information is created maintained and shared across the organisation.

You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of HR-related contentensuring all documents templates and digital information are accurate compliant consistent and aligned with our organisational processes and policies and employment laws.

As a HR Content Owner you will:

  • Own and maintain a wide range of HR content including process and guidance documents digital knowledge articles and other and self-service materials as well as HR related templates .

  • Collaborate with HR subject matter experts to document processes that are clear current and aligned with system capability and business needs.

  • Ensure all HR content is easily accessible to colleagues managers and HR Partners through Workday and our Charitys extranet pages.

  • Act as the guardian of content qualityensuring consistency of tone branding and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Support the employee experience by enabling self-service through intuitive and well-maintained digital HR resources.

  • Issue clear and timely communications relating to HR content updates changes and new materials.

  • Maintain and manage the People Services communication calendar to ensure alignment across key initiatives and updates.

To succeed as a HR Content Owner were looking for:

  • Experience creating and managing HR related guidance content including document framework management with a strong understanding of compliance and governance.

  • Confident using HR systems like Workday HCM especially for content support or training purposes.

  • A user-focused mindset with the ability to make complex information simple clear and easy to use.

  • Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail and consistency in tone accuracy and compliance.

  • Collaborative and comfortable gathering content and feedback from a range of stakeholders.

  • Knowledge of SEO principles to help ensure content is easily found and understood.

  • Familiarity with Workday navigation and functionality including business processes and the employee/manager experience.

  • Background in People Services or Shared Services ideally as a subject matter expert in one or more key areas.
