Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR projects across the Zone including Culture and Belonging initiatives wellbeing development and talent management
- Provide local support to the HR team and colleagues in Italy supporting with colleague communication documentation employer certifications data analysis and labour relations activities with potential to take on a client group over time
- Collaborate with the HR teams across the Zone to support in communications strategies and embedding competitive and attractive employment practices
- Conduct research on HR best practices and provide recommendations for improvements progressively thinking about insights to provide to the P&C team and being a trailblazer for the implementation of AI
Qualifications and Experience
- Certificates or qualifications in a relevant People & Culture field (i.e. HR Management psychology Labor Law Human Resources Business Administration) or relevant work experience
- Strong interest in HR and a desire to learn and grow in the field
- An ambassador for our cultural operating principles
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication interpersonal skills and proactivity
- Advanced in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) with a strong emphasis on Excel and data analysis
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities in Italian and English
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with others while having fun in a high-paced environment
- Motivation and Willingness to Learn: A strong desire to learn and grow within the HR field
- Fluent English and Italian.

- Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data and generate insights.
- Problem-solving: Creative and effective solutions to HR-related issues.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to handle various tasks and changing priorities.
- Knowledge of AI: Understanding of artificial intelligence applications in HR.
