We are looking to recruit a highly motivated Site Manager to join our thriving school. Previous experience in site work in a school setting is preferable but not essential.
The main duties will be to arrange and supervise contractors ensure heating lighting and alarm systems are checked regularly to ensure they are operational carry out maintenance and DIY undertake checks and maintain records to meet statutory health and safety requirements e.g. COSHH Legionella Fire safety etc. Help ensure that our large site and buildings are maintained to a high standard and kept safe for pupils staff and visitors.
The successful candidate will need to be a good communicator be proactive and organised have a keen eye for detail have initiative and be able to work unsupervised be competent in general maintenance and be able to undertake a range of minor repairs maintenance across the school.
Closing date is 4th July 2025; shortlisted candidates will be will be held week commencing 7th July 2025.
