As the Brand Manager Dressings you will build the long-term strategy and own the operating plan for Kraft Heinzs Salad Dressings portfolio of brands including iconic equities like Kraft Salad Dressing Pure J.L. KRAFT and Renes Salad Dressing.
Upon being appointed to this role you will lead the creation of consumer demand for the Dressings business formulating the portfolios long-term strategy and developing and executing marketing plans. You will define the portfolios strategic vision product pricing packaging trade merchandising advertising and promotion strategies to build the portfolio for growth over the next 3-5 years. You will work in collaboration with other stakeholders on marketing initiatives in support of long-term strategies with help from the business unit team. You will also be accountable for delivering the brands profit volume and market share goals.
This is a high-impact role with significant visibility across the organization. Youll shape the way our brands show up with customers and consumers through data-driven storytelling thoughtful forecasting and commercial strategy. The role reports to the Associate Director of Marketing Sauces & Dressings.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$120100.00 - $150100.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidates geographic region job-related knowledge skills and experience among other factors
