About the role
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Design Community Excellence to lead the transformation of our Design function and facilitate best practice driving and maximising the value of our design community with clear focus on Excellence innovation for the local 80s customers. You will lead and manage the development deployment and usage of our services processes and organisational structure across the Packaging Division and act as an ambassador for change in driving innovation efficiency our Corporate Plan Objectives Vision and Purpose.
Your remit will include but not limited to:
Lead and align on effective ways of working with the Country Design&Innovation Leadership Team and Country and Divisional SMI (Sales Marketing and Innovation) stakeholders.
Drive the Excellence agenda focused on the 80s customers and act as the interface between the different Design for Innovation country teams.
Coordinate and facilitate the communication flow for D&I as a function.
Lead align and effectively work with the Country D&I Leadership Teams to futureproof the design function with focus on decrease cost to serve and automation.
Partner with L&D team to ensure capabilities across the network to serve the 80s.
Promote and inspire the use of Processes Tools and Services across the D&I Community.
Ownership and responsibility for the training program. Work in close collaboration with L&D to ensure competency framework and training program corresponds to the strategy of the business.
Lead and coordinate the yearly Design Award Programme.
About you
Previous experience in a market/ customer facing role at a Technical management level with excellent stakeholder and team management leadership and influencing skills
Significant FMCG experience and knowledge as prerequisite
Business acumen and strategic mindset with the ability to see the local vs divisional challenge and to set and translate our functional road-map into actionable plans
Demonstrated change management expertise and strong project management skills
Good understanding of Design environment
Fluent in English any other European languages are a plus
Advanced MS Office skills.
