You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe ORS Workplace Rehabilitation division is expanding and we are seeking our next clinician to join us! You will join a national team of 50 consultants providing clinical services & evidence based case management for injured workers so they can get back to living their best lives. You will work across national and state based customers.
We get to work with an amazing group of clients and you will play an integral part in their personal growth and development working together to achieve their goals. You will form a close bond with your clients and support their health outcome achievements every step of the way.
You will perform an array of assessments and interventions across various environments including family homes workplaces medical centres and clinics and/or ORS offices. You will help to bring best practice health engagements into all facets of our clients rehabilitation journeys.
In addition to our Workplace Rehabilitation team ORS employs over 120 Occupational Therapists nationally supporting NDIS participants. You will have the opportunity to attend additional training & maintain a small NDIS case load to broaden your clinical skills (optional).

Graduate Programs
If you have recently graduated or are within your first 12 months of experience you will be eligible to participate in ORS six month tailored new graduate program. This includes reduced client hours an allocated supervisor weekly mentoring graduate-specific training and opportunities to network with other new graduates and senior practitioners across Australia. Many of our leaders started with ORS in our Graduate Program!
