About the role
We currently have an opportunity for a 4 years Lawyer to join ourCorporate team. Working alongside Partner Julian Law this rolewill involve advising private equity firms founders theAustralian arms of global corporations and funds and inboundforeign investors.
Julians practice covers private and public M&Ashareholder and joint venture arrangements corporate restructuresand commercial trading terms.
About you
In order to be considered and to be successful and thrive in thisrole you will have the following skills and experience
4 years pqe corporate or commercialexperience within private practice
Have a client-focused approach with a keeninterest in obtaining great outcomes for clients
Have the ability to demonstrate exceptionaldrafting skills and an eye for detail
Be an independent thinker comfortable withlearning new concepts quickly
Participate in activities that build teamworkand relationships
