About the Role
The General Manager Family Services (GM) position is a key senior management role responsible for demonstrating business excellence in the effective delivery of services to clients through our Model of Care.
The GM delivers leadership across a team of professional community service delivery staff that operate Ruahs refuges and family domestic violence outreach and other partner programs.
This role will also advocate on behalf of clients served by your team within senior and executive management decision making forums. In this regard the GM will play a significant role in shaping the strategic focus of the organisation. The GM provides high level coaching and mentoring to direct reports to ensure agreed outcomes and performance indicators are achieved within the resources available.
This is a full-time permanent position.
