Job Description
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
The System Verification Engineer will be the Test lead within New Product Development and Product Maintenance:
- Complete product reliability and performance testing analyze the collected data and report results and conclusions.
- Review and provide feedback on defined System Requirements
- Develop a comprehensive verification plan towards system requirements together with design engineers.
- Define the system test strategy and the system verification plan based on the System Requirements
- Lead and participate in quality investigations throughout the projects
- Assist the multi-functional project team with expertise in testing methods
The System Verification Engineer is responsible to develop and maintain the test infrastructure:
- Define and drive equipment needs to ensure test capability of critical product performance criteria
- Initiate and drive test methodology improvements to continuously improve test efficiency and quality of test
- Contribute to test automation test case development and to drive repeatability and test efficiency improvements
- Lab equipment responsibility to maintain encouraged test capability calibration fulfillment proposing and implementing changes to meet new needs and taking responsibility to follow 5S and safety procedures.
- Continuously responsible to develop and maintain procedures and templates to ensure consistency and long-term quality of test engineering work.
- Test lead for the most complex projects/assignments
- Support other System Verification Engineers with technical direction and advice
- Continuously propose and drive improvements of procedures and templates to ensure consistency and long-term quality of test engineering work.

For This Role You Will Need:
- Good understanding of test methodology both in respect to software and hardware
- Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel
- Proficient in English and Swedish both oral and written
- Good knowledge and experience of scripting and test automation preferably in Python.
- A strong sense of accountability and responsibility paired with a proactive approach and a problem-solving attitude.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Good knowledge of working in labs with experience of developing purpose-built test setups
- Knowledge of defining test strategies and understanding of requirements management
- Knowledge of test planning test execution data analysis and test reporting
