Senior Marketing Automation Specialist
Warsaw / Hybrid / Remote
Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Automation Specialist who is excited to drive diverse projects and who thrives in a fast-paced results-oriented team culture.
Responsibilities
Platform Configuration & Maintenance
Manage user roles permissions and security settings.
Enable multichannel integrated campaigns by creating the structure for automated programs
Develop new functionality required to satisfy business needs
Troubleshoot sync errors and ensure data flows correctly between systems.
Database Governance
Oversee contact database hygiene and segmentation.
Manage data imports/exports and integrations (e.g. CRM sync with Salesforce).
Integration management
Manage multiple CRM integrations and other external connections
Set up and manage lead scoring models and nurture programs
Troubleshoot sync errors and ensure data flows correctly between systems.
Compliance
Ensure compliance with data privacy laws (eg. GDPR)
Manage subscription management and preference centres
Monitor and enforce email marketing and data governance processes
Basic Qualifications
Technical skills:
Deep understanding of Eloquas core features
Strong understanding of cloud applications and API integrations
Basic understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce is an advantage)
Experience with email deliverability domain reputation and DNS setup
Soft skills:
Strong communication skills fluent written & spoken English required ability to work in a global environment.
Capable of managing multiple project simultaneously
Able to efficiently manage stakeholders with competing priorities
Analytical Skills
A valid work permit is required for applicants who are not EU Citizens
Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements
Flexible working hybrid 50% travel across Europe etc)
Key Competencies
3 years experience working in Oracle Eloqua. Proven success building programs setting up integrations within a multi-tenant environment.
2 year Project management experience - incl. establishing and maintaining processes in Lean or Agile methodology
Advanced technical skills e.g. HTML JavaScript Python
An associates degree (or international equivalent) in Marketing at least 4 years of experience working in a similar role OR proven professional experience
