Purpose of the role:
As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for blue-collar technical and specialist roles. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers collaborate with global Talent Acquisition teams and contribute to the development of recruitment standards and best practices. This role also involves supporting local HR initiatives including employer branding and internal communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle recruitment processes for blue-collar technical and specialist roles;
Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers providing guidance and market insights throughout the recruitment process;
Collaborate closely with global Talent Acquisition teams to ensure consistency alignment and knowledge sharing across regions;
Support the development and implementation of global recruitment standards and best practices;
Deliver training to hiring managers on recruitment processes candidate experience and GDPR compliance;
Engage in local HR initiatives including internal communications (e.g. newsletters) employer branding Career Days and diversity & inclusion programmes.
Key Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in recruiting for blue-collar and mid-level roles;
Previous experience in a recruitment agency; experience in an internal Talent Acquisition team within a manufacturing environment is a strong asset;
Fluency in Polish and a good command of English (spoken and written);
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels;
Proficiency in recruitment tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter Workday or other ATS) and modern sourcing techniques;
A proactive analytical and collaborative mindset with a strong focus on problem-solving.
