Work Type: Full-Time On-Site 5-Day Workweek

What Youll Do
Identify and engage potential clients
Handle the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
Build and maintain long-term relationships with B2B & B2C clients
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project execution
Track all sales activities via CRM tools
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Meet and exceed revenue targets
What Were Looking For
23 years of experience in business development or sales
Exposure to both IT & Non-IT industries
Strong communication negotiation & interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Comfortable with occasional client visits
