What Youll Be Doing

As a Director Prime Services Support you will play a critical role in managing and developing a high-performing team within CIBCs Prime Services Group as well as the broader Global Equities . This position supports the growth of our Global Equities business by ensuring operational excellence delivering exceptional client service and driving innovation. Reporting to the Senior Director you will oversee daily operations streamline processes and implement strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality. Acting as a key liaison between business units clients and IT you will ensure alignment with business objectives and foster collaboration across teams. The key business areas are Prime Brokerage both cash and synthetic Securities Lending Equities and Derivatives trading as well as our Correspondent Clearing business. Key functions the team supports are: client liaison and setups trade ticket and reconciliation client and internal reporting trading lifecycle management and issue resolution.

This role also emphasizes leadership and team development requiring you to mentor and inspire your team while creating a positive and productive work environment. By championing continuous improvement and participating in strategic planning you will help shape the future of Prime Services at CIBC. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional with a passion for leadership innovation and operational efficiency.
