Business Overview
Our Clients & Strategy team covers Business Development Investor Relations External Relations Sustainable Investment and Brand Marketing & Communications including Internal Communications.
It is responsible for all communications to investor prospects existing investors and their asset consultants as well as a broad range of other stakeholders including governments and media.

The Role
The primary responsibility of the Marketing Manager Office & Industrial is to lead the development and execution of the marketing plans for the stabilised and development assets in the Office and Industrial portfolios. This role will see you partner with key stakeholders across the business to drive performance enhance customer experience across all touchpoints and support the Flex by ISPT flexible working offer.
Pivotal to the success of the role is establishing strategic campaigns to drive leasing activities develop asset repositioning and development brand strategies and ensure compelling communication across the assets.
Your Background and Experience
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in a similar role within the property/real estate industry and proven experience in delivering marketing strategies and executing campaigns that meet performance goals
- Degree qualification in Marketing or related field or equivalent experience
- Strong ability to juggle multiple projects with a collaborative can-do attitude
- Proven track record in delivering high-performing marketing strategies paired with strong commercial acumen budgeting skills and analytical thinking
