Job Description

Position: Customer Success Manager

Working Hours: 8:00 AM 6:00 PM EST (Monday to Friday)
Salary Range: $1500 Based on skill experience and qualifications
Type of contract: Independent Contractor

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and onboard new clients with clarity and care

  • Build lasting relationships with agency and service-based customers

  • Track account health and resolve issues before they escalate

  • Share customer insights to help shape product and strategy

  • Step into onboarding or client calls when needed

  • Keep internal systems organized no detail slips through the cracks


What You Bring

  • 3 6 years in Customer Success or Account Management (essential: Background working in SaaS Companies)

  • Excellent English clear professional and friendly (verbal and written)

  • Strong organization and multitasking skills

  • Proactive solution-oriented and accountable

  • Comfortable using tools like CRMs etc.

  • Able to work full-time U.S. hours


Nice to Have

  • Experience working with digital agencies or service-based businesses

  • B2B Experience
