Welcome and onboard new clients with clarity and care
Build lasting relationships with agency and service-based customers
Track account health and resolve issues before they escalate
Share customer insights to help shape product and strategy
Step into onboarding or client calls when needed
Keep internal systems organized no detail slips through the cracks
3 6 years in Customer Success or Account Management (essential: Background working in SaaS Companies)
Excellent English clear professional and friendly (verbal and written)
Strong organization and multitasking skills
Proactive solution-oriented and accountable
Comfortable using tools like CRMs etc.
Able to work full-time U.S. hours
Experience working with digital agencies or service-based businesses
