Duties:
- Assist the Campus Estates and Health & Safety Manager in providing an effective facilities and maintenance service.
- Deputise for the Campus Estates and Health & Safety Manager as required.
- Contribute to a safe clean and well-maintained environment for staff learners customers and visitors to the College.
- Supervise and Cover onsite Estates staff and supervise contractors as required.
Skills/Experience:
- Experience of maintenance and facilities operations
- Knowledge and understanding of health and safety
- Experience of managing and supervising other staff
- Experience of dealing with suppliers and service providers
Qualifications:
- GCSE Maths and English - Grade C and above
- IOSH Managing Safely
- Management or supervisory and Leadership skills qualification
- Facilities and/or maintenance trade qualification desirable

- Use of basic Microsoft Office tools (Word Excel Outlook etc.)
