Do you want to play a meaningful role in our Supply Chain & Digital Transformation team generating end-to-end transformational ideas and solutions in LEGO Operations

Bring your strong experience with end-to-end (E2E) Supply Chain into play in this exciting position and help is to globally transform LEGO Operations embracing and adopting the latest technology!

This position is based in London UK or Billund DK. Relocation assistance is not offered for this role.

Core Responsibilities

As a Senior Manager you will lead the end-to-end delivery of innovative programs and projects from initial design through implementation leveraging the latest digital and technology solutions to improve the LEGO Supply Chain for the future. More specifically you will:

  • Bring thought leadership to deliver innovative approaches to LEGO Supply Chain

  • Drive our efforts towards a more concurrent way of planning

  • Embrace the best thinking innovation and solution creativity from other industries and businesses and adapt them to the LEGO Group.

  • Lead x-functional teams to take new innovations from idea phase to scalable transformation programs

  • Engage and collaborate closely with the entire LEGO Supply Chain community and drive knowledge sharing.

  • Drive strong collaboration with edge across Product/Business/Digital teams.

Play your part in our team succeeding

The Operations Transformation department isresponsible for scouting evaluating and helping to execute major changes in the LEGO Supply Chain. Itprovides pressure and support to drive transformation to best enable our long-term strategy. Through a global lens and close collaboration with a wide range of partners (across operations digital and commercial) we can propose new ways to achieve our key objectives. On large and complex efforts we provide program management and close partnerships across the value chain to successfully drive transformation.

You will join the Supply Chain & Digital Transformation team which focuses on providing thought leadership practical solutions and support in the generation of performance changing supply chain innovation and digitalization. With growing complexity (system portfolio networks etc.) and a need for pioneering setup in planning we providethought leadership andare considered partners in crime to the business.

Do you have what it takes

The ideal candidate brings 7 years of hands-on experience with end-to-end supply chain operations (e.g. planning logistics market operations S&OP etc.) including proven experience from consultancy with a track record of leading initiatives. Furthermore you bring:

  • Solid experience with Kinaxis S&OP processes governance and planning.

  • Solid experiencein leading and driving transformative initiatives across digital/business/product preferably from global/complex organization(s)

  • Exceptional stakeholder management change management communication and collaboration skills including the ability to engage and influence others.

  • Interest in technology and how it can be applied to Supply Chain

  • Experience working in an agile / product orientated structure

  • Ability to combine critical thinking with real time operational impact.

  • Strong data driven approach with strong business acumen.
