Job Description
We are looking for anInternal Sales Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in managing client interactions processing orders and supporting the external sales force. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your commercial skills in a dynamic and innovative role is based in our main HQ in Telford.
Your impact
- Managing inbound customer inquiries and providing prompt accurate sales support
- Qualifying and forwarding sales leads to the external sales team to drive new business
- Building strong lasting relationships with installers contractors and distribution partners
- Accurately preparing quotes processing orders and managing CRM record
- Supporting sales targets through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Who you are
- Previous experience in sales customer service or account management (HVAC or construction sector preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to understand and explain technical product information
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce SAP or similar)
- Detail-oriented organised and proactive with a customer-centric mindset
- Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce/SAP) and MS Office
- Knowledge of HVAC products/systems or strong willingness to learn
