Learn more about Nissans future here: are currently looking for a Dealer Network Development Intern to join our team in 5290 Orbitor Dr Mississauga ON L4W 4Z5.
A Day in the Life:
The Dealer Network Development departments responsibilities include Network Strategy Dealer performance Dealer Documentation and the Nissan and INFINITI facility image programs.
Performance Management:
Support the Manger & Analyst of Performance Management to gather and update key department reports including sales tracking customer quality dealer financials and industry sales data.
Perform critical updates to dealer financial reporting including KPI gathering presentation building and ad financial analysis relating but not limited to net profit return on sales working capital requirements.
Support monthly creation of dealer group KPI scorecards by managing data feeds and ensuring individual templates are accurate and up to date for NCI executive team.
Perform Ad-Hoc tasks as needed with the ability to concisely summarize large amounts of data in order to drive decision-making process.
Strategy & Documentation:
Documentation Tracking including New Dealer appointments and Buy/Sell documentation
Preparation of Balance of Documentation via checklist
Support online documentation management system
KPI reporting of all DND Strategy Network related reporting.
Support the Geo-marketing team with data collection used to identify potential network opportunities.
Support the Geo-marketing team with Quarterly updates of Market reviews for all Nissan and Infiniti Dealers.
Manage Specialty network certifications and follow-up.
Maintain Polk credentials database and utilize Polk Registrations to report on Dealer Efficiency.
Facilities:
Support Facilities Image Programs for both Nissan and INFINITI.
Tracking of key project milestones including weekly report development.
Maintenance of facility database.
Some involvement with vendor relationship.
Tracking of network capacity growth in all areas of dealership operations.
Support for ad hoc requests.
Who Were Looking for:
Creative problem solving strong math/quantitative skills and attention to detail
A background in Business Applied Mathematics Statistics Computer Science or Engineering
Ability to brainstorm ways we can use and collect data that provides insight into the needs of the business
Experience in data analysis & data visualization software such as Tableau (optional but desired)
Advanced Excel skills (Advanced Formulas)
Tables & Formatting
Conditional Formatting
Advanced Charting
Pivot tables & Pivot Reporting
VBA & Macros (optional but desired)
Using Excel Productively
