Whats on offer
Fulton Hogan is seeking an experienced Spray Seal Supervisor to join our team in Warrnambool on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the Department Manager you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing spray seal projects including planning plant management traffic control and subcontractor management.
- Supervising a spray seal crew of up to 10 people (including foreman).
- Ensuring projects are completed on time in a safe and efficient manner in compliance with both contractual and statutory requirements.
- Communicating effectively with your team customers and internal departments ensuring you build and maintain strong relationships.
- Actively encouraging all employees to commit to zero harm.
Lets Connect
- Proven experience within the road surfacing industry.
- Proven technical experience in Spray Seal operations.
- A strong safety culture.
- Planning and Project Management experience.
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A valid VIC drivers license and Construction White Card.
- Ability to travel throughout South West Victoria
- Computer literacy and the ability to read basic contract terms and standard industry specifications and quality system needs. Appropriate training and support will be given.
