We are looking for :

HR Services Specialist (2nd Shift) - Total Rewards

In this role you will have the opportunity to provide your knowledge and skills within Total Rewards processes.You will also consult with multiple levels of the organization on a variety of challenging audits and complex reporting projects. In this position you will be considered the Subject Matter Expert and will provide support across all brands including our team members business partners legal counsel and others by proactively supporting their needs addressing escalated issues streamlining processes and collaborating with the People Teams and leadership to ensure service is being delivered in a timely efficiently and in an accurate manner. This position has access to confidential team member information and records.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain working knowledge and be SME of Total Rewards processes (including but not limited to compensation benefits global mobility); ensure that applicable leave policies are being applied consistently accurately and timely as well as proactively identify risks and provide proper escalation for high-level resolution

  • Assist team members with questions related to Total Rewards policies and processes and provide quality support with a high degree of customer satisfaction expertise and timeliness consistent with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Act as a point of contact regarding sensitive escalations analysis of potential problems and solutions

  • Provide support for Total Rewards functions including but not limited to data management auditing reporting testing; meet with Compensation and Benefits Partners; assist with Total Rewards team projects when needed

  • Cooperate with vendors assist with reviewing auditing and processing data files meeting with the vendor regularly to address and resolve participant questions and other issues as needed

  • Cooperate and support other internal teams/departments and participate in process transitions according to business requirements

  • Actively participate in the improvement and development of the companys policies and procedures; suggest and support implementation of communications SOPs process and systems enhancements (both internal and vendor platforms); reporting of trends system audits

  • Other duties responsibilities and activities as assigned

Requirements:

  • Availability to work for 2nd shift (starting between 1:00 and 3:00 pm)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to conduct oral presentations

  • Strong customer service orientation

  • Ability to work with internal team members at all levels but also vendors and external parties maintain relationships through regular communication with stakeholders

  • Basic knowledge of Human Resource Management & Total Rewards

  • Understanding processes and how complex systems are interrelated and applying knowledge of multiple functions/markets

  • Proficient in the use of PC software including Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) Workday and other HRIS software. Case Management software is a plus

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Proactive problem solving

  • Ability to understand complex information and use information to make appropriate decisions

  • Ability to perform analytically with creative skills to draw conclusions and identify trends from data in a logical systematic way

  • Basic knowledge of Continuous Improvement concepts and proven record of process improvements promotion and execution

  • Availability to work from the office once per week
