Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your analytical and problem-solving expertise in a cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside knowledgeable and collaborative teammates.
Youll play a pivotal role in ensuring project and program reliability targets are met by performing failure and incident analysis proposing corrective actions and collaborating with the Services team to drive improvements. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (such as Design Engineering Project Engineering Managers and Service teams) analyze data using advanced tools and contribute to reliability growth initiatives among other responsibilities.
Youll specifically take care of implementing and configuring data management systems analyzing failure data and presenting findings to stakeholders but also support Return of Experience activities and propose corrective actions to enhance performance.
Well look to you for:
Implementing and configuring the Data Management System to ensure data usability
Analyzing failure data and delivering detailed failure analysis reports
Presenting failure analysis findings to customers during reliability meetings
Participating in Failure Review Boards (FRB) and defending analysis results
Supporting reliability growth actions in collaboration with stakeholders
Proposing corrective modifications verifications and tests to improve system performance

Degree in Electrical Electro-mechanical or Railway Engineering
23 years of experience in railway safety analysis RAM prediction or related fields
Knowledge of rolling stock functional systems and train networks
Proficiency in data management and analysis tools
Strong time management and reporting skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including with external stakeholders
Structured and hands-on approach to problem-solving
Operational proficiency in English (reading writing and speaking)
