Job Schedule: Hybrid; 3-days in-office (Monday Tuesday Wednesday)

Learn more about Nissans future here: are currently looking for a Business Systems Intern to join our team in 5290 Orbitor Dr Mississauga ON L4W 4Z5.
A Day in the Life:
Provide administration and support of NCFS operational systems. For example triaging of incoming tickets user account setup etc.
Document current and proposed new business processes by working with the relevant department and create Visio and word documentation as required.
Participates in and documents System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing including test case creation in excel or JIRA.
Participate in project workshops and documents relevant business requirements
Participate in operational training on the new Contract Management System and/or CRM system as well as update departmental Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs).
Work with assigned project lead on ensuring project deliverables are met and when required escalate any project risks or issues.
Who Were Looking for:
Strong analytical skills
Superb communication skills and comfortable interacting with all the cross-functional departments
MS Office Excel PowerPoint and Visio
Exposure to Software Development Lifecycle specifically around Software Testing
Technical & Business documentation
