- Part time (30 hours/week Tuesday-Friday)
About the Role:
We seek an enthusiastic and motivated Grade 2 Physiotherapist to join our Allied Health Team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a comprehensive physiotherapy service in an exciting period of growth for The Avenue Hospital and Ramsay Health Care.
The Avenue Private Hospital is a 152 bed acute surgical hospital located in the inner-city suburb of Windsor. The Avenue Hospital is a leader in acute orthopaedics with more than 2000 joints completed last year. The Avenue is owned and operated by Ramsay Health Care a global provider of private and primary care clinic with over 70 Australian sites employing over 34000 people. About you:
You are a driven and flexible professional who thrives in a fast-paced acute care environment. Your strong interpersonal skills clinical expertise team-orientated approach enables you to deliver exceptional patient centre care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effective management of a busy and diverse caseload
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
- Mentor and supervise junior staff and students
- Participate in quality improvement and innovation initiatives
Essential Criteria:
- Registration as a physiotherapist with AHPRA
- Minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience in an acute setting
- Recent relevant experience within an acute orthopaedic environment
- A commitment to high quality patient care
- Excellent communication organisational and problem-solving skills

Renumeration:Grade 2 (year level dependent on experience) (RHC VIC Health Professionals Enterprise Agreement).
Requirements:
- Must provide aNational Policecheck conducted within the previous 12 months
