Roles & Responsibility:
Maintaining a high customer visibility through regular visit and interaction.
- Development of new customers by having regular customer visits to understand demand for our products making presentations promoting CUMI products performance benefits to client.
- Responsible for enquiry generation on time submission of offers providing necessary data for preparing the offer negotiation and securing the orders.
- Regular monitoring and capturing our products performance report to evaluate customers tangible business benefits and prepare success stories for future business reference.
- Regular visit and interaction to understand customers processes / operations. Understand and monitor the shutdown planning of customers.
- Understanding of the payment processing chain at respective customers and follow up to ensure on time collection of receivables as per the agreed payment term.
- Monthly analysis and on time reporting of sales collection & new product trials etc. to reporting manager.
- Monthly sales forecast for allocated customers.
- To evaluate Competitors activities in terms of Sales applications qualities performance pricing and deliveries of their products.
- Constantly evaluate the performance of a product at the customer sites report any customer complaints / problems immediately to superior and register on complaint management portal. Initiate the initial site level fact findings data collection etc. and regular coordination with the concern team to initiate corrective actions.
- Preparing sales plan and ensure dispatch as per the monthly sales plan by coordinating with customer service team.
