What youll be doing:
- The position is within Queens Court (Oak Unit) a residential assessment & rehabilitation unit for 26 individuals aged 18 and over who have a Mental Health diagnosis.
- Support 1-1 and continue to promote positive well-being.
- Working alongside the service manager & staff members to maintain a high level of support thats required for the service needs.
- Personal care may be required
- Be part of an on-call system
- Participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are.
- Maintain and develop their community links as well as accessing community and leisure pursuits to support their independent living and life skills.
Who you are
- Able to work independently multitask organise and prioritise work to suit the people we support.
- Exceptional at building relationships and influencing at all levels internal and external.
- Ability to execute and deliver whilst keeping a positive attitude under pressure
- Quick learner hands-on willing to be flexible in tasks and activities.
