Job Description

Ahold Delhaize is one of the worlds largest food retail groups and a leader in both supermarkets and e-Commerce. Our Global Support Office (GSO) is based in Zaandam in the Netherlands but GSO associates also work in all the countries we serve. This team supports all our great local brands in finance HR IT legal communications sustainable retailing and other key functions. .

E2E Process Specialist People Insights Rish & Compliance

As our new E2E Process Specialist - People Insights Risk and Compliance you will operate at the heart of a part of our global fast-moving company. By designing optimizing and managing end-to-end processes within the HR Tech Data Innovation and Associate Experience you ensure Ahold Delhaize has the processes and structures in place to continue our high-level performance.

Key responsibilities of your role

Your role is highly diverse and encompasses various responsibilities. Here are the key ones:

Process Design & Optimization:

  • Develop and implement efficient end-to-end HR processes.
  • Continuously refine processes to enhance effectiveness and user satisfaction.
  • Ensure processes align with business goals and user needs.

Collaboration & Alignment:

  • Work closely with the Product Owner Business Analyst and Adoption Specialist.
  • Ensure processes align with business goals and user needs.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful adoption.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Analyze data to identify process bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
  • Use insights to drive process improvements and innovation.
  • Monitor and mitigate risks associated with process changes.

Innovation & Improvement:

  • Introduce innovative solutions to enhance the associate experience.
  • Implement continuous improvement practices and feedback loops.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Documentation & Training:

  • Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation.
  • Provide training and support to associates on new processes and technologies.
  • Ensure clear and consistent messaging regarding risk and compliance aspects of new processes.

User Satisfaction:

  • Monitor and improve user satisfaction with HR processes and technologies.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from associates and stakeholders.
  • Implement corrective actions to address compliance issues and mitigate risks.

Risk and Compliance Responsibilities (Data Governance):

  • Identify and assess risks associated with HR processes and technologies.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation plans.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations standards and internal policies.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential compliance issues.
  • Provide guidance and support to associates on risk and compliance matters.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure ongoing compliance.

Requirements

We think youll be best geared for success if you meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business HR Data Science or a related field.
  • Advanced certifications in process management risk management or HR technology are a plus.
  • Proven experience in process design optimization and risk management.
  • Strong understanding of compliance principles and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in HR technologies and data analytics.
  • Proficiency with data policies risk management and control frameworks
