Description

Position Summary:As a Spa Butler at St. Pancras London you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness pool operations and guest service ensuring all spa areas are safe well-presented and compliant with health and safety regulations including Fire Marshal checks. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional and personalized experiences by anticipating guest needs and following all hygiene and safety protocols. This role requires attention to detail excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to creating memorable moments for our guests.

Responsibilities:Heres what your journey with us entails

  • Takes actions necessary to resolve any standards that are not being achieved.
  • Manages day to day activities and administration of Spa Reception.
  • Answers phones and takes bookings utilizing the companies Spa booking tools.
  • Responds effectively to guest enquiries either by phone or face to face.
  • The role encompasses working with the Director of Spa/ Head of Spa Operations and Development to successfully execute all spa and leisure operations; striving to continually improve guest and associate satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the department.
  • It is your responsibility to use initiative and a proactive approach to ensure we always give our guests unique and fabulous options to make the most of their time and their visit and to make their experience in the Spa areas unique.
  • Complies with COSHH and Health and Safety Standards.
  • Follows the lost property procedures.
  • Complies with Brand Standards when cleaning and getting each room ready for the guest arrival.

Youll be expected to deliver on the following:

  • Deliver an exceptionally high standard of five-star luxury lifestyle service for every guest interaction.
  • Attitude grooming standard body language and tone need to be positive supportive and on brand at all times.
  • You are expected to deliver service to your full potential when you are here.
  • Youre expected to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene standards of all areas at all times.
  • You are also expected to carry out other duties that may be required to.
