- Making outbound calls daily to leads with an emphasis on speed to contact
- Nurturing leads through the sales process
- Scheduling members and prospects for assessments.
- Able to prescribe and sell the correct service based on the clients needs/goals.
- Closing sales both over the phone and in person
- Making sure all client notes and contacts are logged and managed correctly.
- Using CRM system to proactively reach out to members and schedule classes
- Represent D1 in the community to grow membership
- Ongoing training to sharpen the saw
- Must be a high-energy individual.
- Must enjoy working in a team environment with both individual and shared goals
- Must have 1 years in sales
- Must have 1 years in a customer service setting ideally in the fitness industry.

With all who participate in the D1 training process moving aggressively towards their goals.
