Core Responsibilities
1. Hires evaluates and supervises crew. Provides guidance and training as necessary to develop crew. Sets performance standards reviews performance and makes informed compensation decisions in accordance with all applicable Human Resources policies and procedures.
2. Acts as an internal expert on overhauling previous assumptions and enterprise business-as-usual activities to drive forward end-to-end changes that have a lasting impact on the user.
3. Leads and develops user experience strategies and leads program-level initiatives to meet business and marketing goals. Consults with leaders to develop strategic direction and leverages research conceptualization visual design information architecture to resolve complex issues.
4. Directs operations establishes consistent practices and measures to ensure quality of user experience. Leads process improvement initiatives across the subdivision to improve effectiveness.
5. Identifies and drives opportunities to employ digital elements into operational plans. Ensures that strategy aligns to digital as the core of the user experience.
6. Initiates research and utilizes knowledge of the latest technology and devices including programming languages network infrastructure processes web and mobile application development to produce efficient interactive solutions. Builds team knowledge and understanding of consumer insights and emerging innovative trends.
7. Responsible for integration with advertising agency communication strategies and documentation of process or procedural changes.
8. Manages budget develops staffing plans and forecasts capacity and hiring needs. Provides recommendations on budget spend.
9. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
