We are looking for a skilled Marketing Project Manager to join our Investment Sales team in San Diego California. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to provide high-level support to multifamily commercial real estate brokers focusing on project and transaction management across creative administrative and operational tasks. Youll work in a collaborative environment partnering with brokers analysts and other professionals to bring innovative marketing strategies to life.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented creative thinker who is curious proactive and passionate about marketing. Strong problem-solving skills excellent communication abilities and a knack for building cross-departmental relationships are essential for success in this role. As a key contributor youll create impactful Berkadia-branded marketing materials that drive team success in a fast-paced environment. This role is perfect for someone eager to contribute at all levels to a collaborative and innovative team.
As a Marketing Project Manager (MPM) for our Investment Sales Team you will play a pivotal role in supporting advisors by coordinating proposals managing listings and tours and overseeing other essential tasks that help drive business operations.
We Innovate to shape the future of CRE so in this role you will:
- Design and update marketing materials such as proposals offering memorandums brochures one-sheets presentations and marketing reports.
- Collaborate with advisors and other departments to gather information for marketing materials presentation packages and other documents.
- Manage listing documents and follow up on required items to ensure completeness.
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of all materials through thorough reviews and proofreading.
- Assist in planning and setup for events and functions as needed.
- Stay informed on market news and industry trends to enhance marketing strategies.
- Maintain and update a comprehensive database (e.g. CRM/Salesforce) of buyers sellers and property records for assigned advisors.
- Perform general administrative tasks including scheduling meetings greeting clients conference room setup expense report submission and travel arrangements.
- Streamline project workflows by coordinating information and documents fostering collaboration among teams and ensuring accountability throughout the process.
- Launch and support all property listings for assigned advisors helping as needed through the close of escrow.
- Schedule and occasionally assist with property tours.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Proficiency in business software such as Outlook Teams Word and Excel.
- Demonstrated project management skills including multitasking prioritization meeting deadlines and working both independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and resourceful mindset coupled with attention to detail and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Outstanding proofreading and editing abilities to ensure the highest quality of written materials.
- Experience with design tools such as InDesign Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
- Knowledge of photo editing and digital design techniques is an added advantage.
- Three to give years of experience in a similar position.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent.
