Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your **test automation and embedded systems** expertise in a cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside **motivated and collaborative** teammates.
Youll play a key role in ensuring the reliability and safety of software modules contributing to the development of complex embedded solutions. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business including technical leads hardware designers and RAMS departments while preparing and executing test cases mentoring team members and much more.
Youll specifically take care of **software module design integration testing and creating test reports** but also **support the program management team in resource and schedule management**.
Well look to you for:
Testing and validating software modules as per their Safety Integrity Levels (SIL)
Applying software processes and standards such as CMMI for testing
Preparing and executing requirement-based test cases and creating detailed test reports
Conducting peer reviews and providing constructive feedback
Mentoring team members and guiding newcomers to achieve quality cost and delivery (QCD) objectives
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve design and testing issues
Creating reusable reference libraries stubs and drivers for testing on host and target environments

Bachelors or Postgraduate degree in Engineering IT CS ECE EEE or equivalent
610 years of experience in software testing and validation
Proven ability to test software modules as per their SIL levels
Knowledge of testing techniques like black box white box equivalence class boundary value analysis and robustness analysis
Familiarity with testing tools such as RTRT or VectorCast and creating/testing TDP
Experience in embedded systems RTOS applications and real-time application development
Proficiency in programming languages like C and Ada
Understanding of aerospace or CENELEC standards like DO178 and EN50128
Knowledge of configuration management tools (e.g. ClearCase Synergy CVS)
Strong communication skills and the ability to mentor and guide team members effectively
Innovative mindset with expertise in creating reusable code and model-based development
