Executive Assistant to Managing Director (Leadership Track Role)

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated sharp and trustworthy Executive Assistant to the Managing Director (MD) who will work as the right-hand and eventually a potential successor. This is not a secretarial role but a strategic and operational leadership position designed for someone who can enhance the MDs productivity implement expansion strategies and ultimately evolve into a CEO-level leader.
You will act as a force multiplier to the MDhandling top-level coordination with CXOs key customers investors banks government bodies ROC SEBI and internal teamswhile also helping build a modern digital-first enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
* Work closely with the MD to track strategic initiatives lead follow-ups and ensure timely execution.
* Coordinate seamlessly with senior leadership (CXOs) customers financial institutions regulators and vendors.
* Create and maintain an efficient digital ecosystem for the MD including emails dashboards schedules and files.
* Represent the MD in internal meetings and external engagements when required.
* Prepare high-quality presentations reports business plans investor decks and compliance submissions.
* Track business KPIs analyze performance metrics and proactively highlight key insights.
* Handle confidential information with the utmost integrity and discretion.
* Support the MD in strategic projects including international collaborations fundraising and new business launches.
Desired Qualifications
* B.E. / from a **premier engineering institute** (IIT NIT BITS etc.)
* MBA/PGDM in Management Strategy or Finance from a reputed institution (IIM ISB or top international B-schools preferred)
* 37 years of relevant experience in EA strategy consulting or CXO office roles
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Digital-first mindset; tech-savvy with tools like Excel PowerPoint Trello CRM ERP cloud platforms.
