Actual salary: 15463 to 16749 (with under five years service)

Contract term: 26 hours per week (an increase is negotiable in the first year) 39 weeks permanent

The role

We are seeking a highly organised and compassionate individual to join our team as a pastoral and attendance support officer. This vital role acts as the first point of contact for parents and carers and provides essential administrative and clerical support to our pastoral and attendance teams.

You will help coordinate student support services manage attendance and punctuality monitoring and play a key role in engaging with families and external agencies.

This role is permanent at 26 hours per week 39 weeks per year; however an increase in hours is negotiable in the first year.

The candidate

The ideal candidate will be empathetic highly organised and able to communicate effectively with students families and professionals. They should be proactive resilient and able to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism while maintaining a positive and supportive approach.
