Job Description

About the Role:
As a Traffic Management Operative you will be required to work on our planned Traffic Management Schemes on our Thames Water contract.
Location:Kidlington Oxfordshire (Depot location)
Hours: 50 hours per week 07.00am-17.00pm (Monday to Friday)
Salary: base rate - 34450 average overtime OTE 44785 per annum additional loyalty bonuses in first 12 months up to 550
Overtime is paid at 1.5.
Responsibilities - but not limited to:
- You will work alongside another TM Operative carrying out methods of traffic management utilising your M6 certificate
- Road Closures
- Set ups
- 2/3/4 ways
- Audits
- Site Meeting
- Due to the nature of contract - Accurate photographs must be taken for reporting of work carried out using the Tablet supplied
- You will carry out risk assessments and method statements
- Carry out daily vehicle checks responsible for Vehicle Cleanliness.
- Liaising with general public and directing them through safe site lines as required
Experience and Qualifications:
- M1 & M2 Lantra
- M5 Lantra
- M6 Lantra
- Driving licence
- IT literate
