As our Senior Manager of Analytics youll be at the heart of critical business decision-making. Youll lead a talented team of analysts and partner with stakeholders across the business to solve big problems surface bold insights and turn data into action that drives real results.

- Setting the vision: Build and drive the analytics strategy aligned to key business goals
- Leading from the front: Inspire and guide a high-performing team of analysts
- Solving real problems: Partner with stakeholders to deliver insights that matter
- Telling the story: Turn data into decisions through compelling storytelling and visualisation
- Being the bridge: Translate between technical and non-technical teams
- Driving innovation: Promote self-serve data tools and embed a culture of data-driven thinking
- Making an impact: Influence outcomes across marketing product finance retail and beyond
What youll bring
- 5 years leading strategic analytics functions or engagements
- A sharp strategic mind and a passion for using data to make a difference
- Proven leadership experienceyoure someone others look up to
- A knack for storytellingable to turn insights into influence
- Advanced analytical skills with a strong foundation in data modelling and visualisation
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working in or with regulated industries.
- Bachelors or Masters in Stats Data Science or a related field
- Strong business acumen and the confidence to challenge and inspire
- Experience with data governance operations and compliance frameworks
- A customer-first mindset and a hunger for continuous improvement
